I'm trying to draw a comic. I can't draw women under the age of 19 for some reason. Would you mind if I used this as a base for my youngest main character? I will credit you in the Authors notes so as to avoid people thinking I had anything to do with her not looking like a twenty year old god-knows-what. I would be very grateful :)

(please forgive me if I made the request sound clinical or rude, I'm not a particularly sociable person and I can't start a conversation to save my life)

I sometimes come off the wrong way, especially when I forget my smiley face, somehow smiley face can turn even my rudest way of speaking into an epic complimentary commentary, It's a kind of witchcraft I've yet to understand

ok, so you dont necessarily have to begin with the head?

No i usualy start with the center focus and work around...if it happens to be with the head then thats where i start or if its a dificult concept try and focus in ur head where it would be easiest to start n there u begin...ull develop a pattern different angles and views will require different starting points...try n try again

you have an eye for proportion...
i can never start drawing a full-body figure from any other point than the head... and I can rarely get it right the first time once i move on to detailing, always have to readjust the size of the head some more...
i'm kind of a slow learner anyway. i just found out that you can actually measure a body years and years after i started drawing for the first time...
this is great!

lol i see nothing wrong with your drawings.....everybody's art is unique to their own i didn't learn to draw the same as most people hard to explain how i learned....i don't always start w the torso i jump around depending on how the pic looks in my head jus go with what feels natural....even if it take years to perfect
